We are excited to announce the release of Patch 5.2, a collection of community-requested additions, changes, and fixes that will take your MineRaze experience to the next level. Get ready for an update filled with thrilling new quests, powerful artifacts, a formidable weapon trainer, and various miscellaneous improvements. Here's what awaits you:
NEW QUESTS
Prepare yourself for a true test of dedication with nine new long-term milestone quests. Each quest requires immense effort and perseverance. Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:
🏔️ The Mountain's Embrace: Break 10 million stone
🌾 The Bountiful Harvest: Break 10 million sugar cane
🌲 The Woodcutter's Mayhem: Break 7.5 million spruce logs
🧙 The Slayer of the Wicked: Kill 2 million witches
🎣 The Fishing Frenzy: Catch 1 million fish
🍞 The Baker's Dream: Craft 2 million bread
🧪 The Crazy Alchemist: Brew 1 million potions
🔍 The Master of Crafts: Craft 1 million spyglasses
💣 The Insane: Break 5 million obsidian
Completing these quests will reward you with the all-new 'Satchel of Magnificent Gems' artifact, which offers a 50/50 chance of receiving a Shard of Iris or a Ruby. Additionally, the quest "The Insane" grants an exclusive 'Insane' title.
NEW ARTIFACTS
Introducing two powerful artifacts to aid you in your adventures:
🌟 Satchel of Magnificent Gems: This artifact holds the power to grant you a Shard of Iris or a Ruby, with an equal chance for either.
📚 Tome of the Farmer: Refreshes the Fertility of Freya ability, ensuring your crops thrive.
OLAF THE WARSTRIDER
Olaf the Warstrider, a seasoned weapon trainer, has arrived in spawn to teach you the art of dealing devastating area-of-effect (AOE) damage. For a reasonable fee, Olaf can enchant your weapon of choice with sweeping edge 3. Whether you seek to enhance your current sword or unleash newfound power, Olaf is here to help. You can find him outside the Stormheim Forge.
OTHER CHANGES
We've also made several adjustments and fixes to improve your gameplay experience:
- Added new /town who (player) command to see which town a player is a part of.
- Fixed town farm chunk issues.
- Fisherman pay has been increased by 30%.
- View distance has been increased from 6 to 8 in all survival worlds.
- All legacy weapons have had their ability powers reduced as per the community poll.
- Shulker has been added to the Hunter job.
- Fixed /jobs saying pay is every 30 seconds when it is every 1 minute.
- Added Beetroot seeds to the vanilla shop
- 1x Ruby can now be turned into a Titan Key at any time at Haldor the Haggler
- Skald members can turn 1x Ruby into 2x Titan Keys at any time at their Currency Exchanger.
- Skald members can now exchange Diamond Blocks and Malachite into Rusted Keys at any time at their Currency Exchanger.
- Skald members can now exchange Rusted Keys into Empowered Rusted Keys at any time at their currency exchanger.
Throughout the week
Lots of changes have happened since patch 5.1 including:
- Fixed being able to claim Playtime Reward #9 endlessly.
- Fixed the Daily Quest Streak #10 not awarding Shard of Iris.
- Fixed 'Public Container Access' showing twice in /settings
- Warden is now affected by the hostile mob chunk limit.
- Warden pay has been reduced in Hunter job.
- Fixed issue with the spike traps in dungeons.
- New Legendary Pickaxe: Dawnbreaker, found in the Titan Crate.
- All frog bugs are fixed.
- Fixes crash issue.
